Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
You're charged monthly on your signup date. If you sign up on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month. Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel.
What if I can't use all my classes in a month?
Classes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. This keeps groups consistent and ensures everyone progresses together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
What if I miss a class?
If you miss a class, you're still charged for it. Cancel at least 24 hours before to avoid being charged. No recordings are provided to students.
Can I pause my subscription?
No pausing option. If you need a break, cancel and rejoin when you're ready. Your spot in the group won't be held.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds. All sales are final. We recommend trying a drop-in class first if you're unsure.
How do I switch plans?
Contact us and we'll switch you to a different plan starting your next billing cycle. Changes take effect on renewal, not immediately.
Are classes live or pre-recorded?
100% live on Zoom. Real-time interaction with instructors and other students. Sessions are recorded for security purposes only and are never shared or distributed.
